Sheepy, The Cotton Candy Lamb
How Sheepy Started
Sheepy was first imagined in the bedtime book Goodnight Sheepy by Aura Marsh. He was remembered from a dream by a young boy—a cotton candy lamb with fluffy wool and cloven hooves. Sheepy appears whenever a child needs comfort, a spark of creativity, or thinks a kind thought. That’s when Sheepy’s magic begins to shine. We call this in-between place the Dreamworld—a gentle realm between thoughts and sleep, where kindness glows and feelings sparkle. As introduced later in Sheepy’s Dreamworld, those who believe in Sheepy’s magic are called Sheeplings. Just as everyone floats in their own bubble, Sheeplings float too—but with imagination, belief in dreams, and Sheepy’s magic. That’s what leads Sheepy to them. This is often portrayed in our YouTube clips, where Sheepy senses a Sheepling drifting in a bubble nearby and gently pops it—welcoming them into the Dreamworld.
